二甲双胍与吡格列酮治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的二甲双胍与吡格列酮治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床效果分析。方法选取2021年4月—2022年4月广州东仁医院收治的2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者56例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各28例,对照组应用二甲双胍治疗,研究组应用二甲双胍联合吡格列酮治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者的治疗总有效率更高,治疗后餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及空腹血糖(FBG)水平均更低,不良反应发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合吡格列酮治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病的临床效果更加显著,可以有效提高患者的临床治疗有效率,促进患者血糖水平改善,减少不良反应发生率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metformin and pioglitazone in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 56 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease admitted to Guangzhou Dongren Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the study group was treated with metformin combined with pioglitazone.Compared the treatment effects between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher,with lower levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and fasting plasma glucose(FBG)after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with pioglitazone has more significant clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.It can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency of patients,promote the improvement of patients'blood glucose level,and reduce the possibility of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
