葛根芩连汤加减治疗胃肠湿热型老年2型糖尿病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠湿热型老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者采用葛根芩连汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月—2021年9月泗水县第一人民医院收治的92例胃肠湿热型老年T2DM患者,采用随机排列法分为常规组和研究组,各46例。常规组给予基础降糖治疗,研究组在常规组基础上联合葛根芩连汤加减治疗,比较两组疗效及安全性。结果两组治疗前血糖指标和胰岛功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的血糖指标水平低于常规组,胰岛功能指标水平优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用葛根芩连汤加减治疗胃肠湿热型老年T2DM患者可在降低血糖水平的同时改善患者的胰岛功能,减少不良反应的发生,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gegenqinlian decoction in elderly patients with gastrointestinal damp-heat type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods A total of 92 elderly T2DM patients with gastrointestinal dampnessheat type admitted to the First People's Hospital of Sishui County from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into conventional group and study group,with 46 cases in each group.The conventional group was given basic hypoglycemic treatment,and the study group was combined with Gegenqinlian decoction treatment on the basis of the conventional group.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose index and islet function index between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose index level of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the islet function index level was better than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Gegenqinlian decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with gastrointestinal damp-heat type T2DM can not only reduce the blood glucose level,but also improve the pancreatic function of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,so it is worthy of application.
