摘　　要：目的探究分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合吡格列酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴糖尿病不孕的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1月—2022年3月于莆田涵江医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征伴糖尿病不孕患者共100例作为研究对象。根据患者的入院序列数将患者随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗;观察组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合吡格列酮治疗。对比分析两组的血脂以及血糖指标,卵巢体积以及体质指数,排卵率以及受孕率,性激素指标以及血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组血脂以及血糖指标,卵巢体积以及体质指数,排卵率以及受孕率,性激素指标以及血清炎性因子水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对多囊卵巢综合征伴糖尿病不孕患者进行治疗的过程中,采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合吡格列酮进行干预能够显著改善患者的血脂以及血糖指标,卵巢体积以及体质指数,排卵率以及受孕率,性激素指标以及血清炎性因子水平。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with pioglitazone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with diabetic infertility.Methods A total of 100 cases of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with diabetes admitted to Putian Hanjiang Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the admission sequence number of patients,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with metformin.The observation group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone combined with pioglitazone.Blood lipid and blood glucose indexes,ovarian volume and body mass index,ovulation rate and conception rate,sex hormone indexes and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results After treatment and intervention,the blood lipid and blood glucose indexes,ovarian volume and body mass index,ovulation rate and conception rate,sex hormone indexes and serum inflammatory factors in observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with diabetes,the combination of ethinylestradiol cyproterone and pioglitazone can significantly improve thepatients blood lipid and blood glucose indexes,ovarian volume and body mass index,ovulation rate and conception rate,sex hormone index and serum inflammatory factor level.
