摘  要:目的研究分析初诊2型糖尿病者以连续性健康教育进行干预后血糖控制情况。方法选取2019年10月—2021年9月南通瑞慈医院收治的60例初诊2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以抽签方式分为参照组、研究组,每组30例。参照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用连续性健康教育干预。对比两组干预前后血糖水平、糖尿病认知评分,干预后遵医率、糖尿病并发症发生率。结果干预后研究组血糖水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组遵医率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后研究组糖尿病认知评分优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组糖尿病并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初诊2型糖尿病应用连续性健康教育进行干预,有助于患者血糖得到有效调节和控制,同时促进其正确理解疾病,减轻疾病危害,减缓患者病情进程,干预效果良好。Objective To study and analyze the blood glucose control of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients after continuous health education intervention.Methods 60 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients admitted to Nantong Ruici Hospital from October 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a reference group and a study group by lot,with 30 patients in each group.The reference group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received continuous health education intervention.The blood glucose level,diabetes cognitive score,compliance rate and diabetes complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the blood glucose levels in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the cognitive score of diabetes in the study group was better than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of diabetes in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous health education intervention for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes can help patients to effectively regulate and control their blood glucose,promote their correct understanding of the disease,reduce the harm of the disease,and slow the progression of the disease.The intervention effect are good.
