探讨海昆肾喜胶囊联合缬沙坦对老年早期糖尿病肾病患者细胞因子、转化生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶和肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察海昆肾喜胶囊联合缬沙坦对老年早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者细胞因子、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和肾功能的影响。方法选取2018年10月—2021年12月福建医科大学附属第二医院收治的DN患者84例,以随机数字表法分成两组,各42例。对照组接受常规缬沙坦治疗,研究组接受海昆肾喜胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗前后的细胞因子、TGF-β1、MMP-2和肾功能指标水平,评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者细胞因子、TGF-β1、MMP-2和肾功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者细胞因子、TGF-β1、MMP-2和肾功能指标水平较治疗前均下降,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%显著高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年早期DN患者中,实施以海昆肾喜胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗,可显著改善机体细胞因子、TGF-β1、MMP-2和肾功能指标水平,获得良好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the effects of Haikun Shenxi Capsule combined with valsartan on cytokines,transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and renal function in elderly patients with early Diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods 84 elderly patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN)were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from October 2018 to December 2021,and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group received conventional valsartan treatment,and the study group received Haikun Shenxi Capsule combined with valsartan treatment.The cytokines,TGF-β1,MMP-2 and renal function indexes were compared before and after treatment,and evaluated the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of cytokines,TGF-β1,MMP-2 and renal function between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of cytokines,TGF-β1,MMP-2 and renal function indexes in two groups were decreased than after treatment,and the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment effectiveness in the study group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with early DN,Haikun Shenxi capsule combined with valsartan can significantly improve the levels of cytokines,TGF-β1,MMP-2 and renal function indicators,and obtain a good therapeutic effect with ideal results.
