硫辛酸联合依帕司他治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对血糖控制、MNCV、SNCV水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在老年糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗中应用硫辛酸联合依帕司他对血糖控制、MNCV、SNCV水平的影响。方法选取福建省诏安县医院2020年4月—2022年4月收治的80例老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分为两组,各40例。对照组实施依帕司他和常规治疗,观察组在此基础上联合硫辛酸,分析治疗后两组的血糖水平、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、临床临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平、SNCV、MNCV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血糖水平改善情况优于对照组,且SNCV、MNCV高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合依帕司他对老年糖尿病周围神经病患者的治疗效果良好,无严重不良反应,可明显缓解患者的神经症状,维持血糖稳定,提高整体治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of lipoic acid combined with epalrestat on blood glucose control,MNCV and SNCV levels in the treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy as the research object admitted to Zhao'an County Hospital of Fujian Province from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases each according to different treatment methods.The control group received epalrestat and conventional treatment,and the observation group was combined with lipoic acid on this basis.The blood glucose level,motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level,SNCV and MNCV between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of blood glucose level in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the SNCV and MNCV were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with epalrestat has a good therapeutic effect on elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients without serious adverse reactions,and can significantly relieve the neurological symptoms of patients,maintain the stability of blood sugar,and improve the overall therapeutic effect.
