摘　　要：针对频分多址(Frequency Division Multiple Access,FDMA)应急卫星通信系统通信链路带宽固定情况下对业务数据流量适配度较低以及调整带宽过程中链路中断问题,提出了一种基于IP数据流量的动态带宽调整方法,旨在根据业务需求动态调整带宽以提高卫星资源利用率。在通信站部署网管代理软件并实时监测传输流量,当流量产生变化后实时向网管中心申请调整带宽。网管中心重新调整卫星链路资源并下发调整命令至通信双方站点网管代理软件,通信双方站点网管代理软件协同完成链路参数调整。通过实验验证了提出的动态带宽调整方法灵活可靠,提高了带宽利用率。To solve the problems of low adaptation for business data flow under fixed link bandwidth and the link interruption during the adjustment of bandwidth in Frequency Division Multiple Access(FDMA)satellite communication system,a dynamic bandwidth adjustment method based on IP data traffic is proposed,which aims at dynamically adjusting bandwidth according to business requirements to improve the utilization of satellite resources.Network management agent software is deployed at the communication station and the transmission traffic is monitored in real time.According to the change of traffic,the network management agent applies to the network management center for bandwidth adjustment in real time.The network management center readjusts satellite link resources and sends adjustment order to the network management agent software of both communication sites.The network management agent software of both communication sites cooperates to adjust link parameters.Finally,the experiment verifies that the dynamic bandwidth adjustment method proposed is flexible and reliable,and can improve bandwidth utilization.
