摘  要:矿山地质环境破坏导致的重金属污染会导致该地区无法正常生长植物,同时还会影响当地居民的身体健康,研究污泥基生物炭对矿区土壤重金属污染治理的效果。选择实验所需仪器及型号参数,使用污泥和木屑制备污泥基生物炭,采集供试土壤,将污泥基生物炭添加进重金属污染土壤,经过一段时间后,测试4类土壤中的重金属镉、汞、铅总量以及土壤的理化性质和微生物环境。由实验结果可知,污泥基生物炭确实能够降低土壤中镉、汞、铅3类重金属的含量,在一定程度上提高土壤的pH值和电导率,增加微生物总量及其群落的多样性,使用500℃制备的污泥基生物炭效果最好。The heavy metal pollution caused by the destruction of the geological environment in the mine will lead to the abnormal growth of plants in this area,and will also affect the health of local residents.The effect of sludge-based biochar on the treatment of heavy metal pollution in the mining area soil was studied.Select the required instruments and model parameters for the experiment,prepare sludge-based biochar from sludge and sawdust,collect the tested soil,and add the sludge-based biochar into the heavy metal polluted soil.After a period of time,test the total amount of cadmium,mercury and lead in four kinds of soil,the physical and chemical properties of soil and microbial environment.The experimental results show that sludge-based biochar can indeed reduce the content of cadmium,mercury and lead in soil,improve the pH value and conductivity of soil to a certain extent,and increase the total amount of microorganisms and the diversity of community.The effect of sludge-based biochar prepared at 500℃is the best.
