摘  要:随着油田开发进度的加快和对环保要求的提高,如何处理和利用含油污泥已成为各大油气田企业亟待解决的问题。含油污泥处置存在一定的安全环保风险且危废处理费用高。为控制安全环保风险,降低危废处置费用,通过对含油污泥“反应分离+固液分离+液液分离”减量处理与含油污泥“固液分离+无氧焚烧”减量无害处理2种工艺介绍以及实验,分析讨论了实现含油污泥的减量化、资源化、无害化处置问题。With the acceleration of oilfield development progress and the improvement of environmental protection requirements,how to treat and utilize oily sludge has become an urgent problem for major oil-gas field enterprises.There are certain safety and environmental risks associated with the disposal of oily sludge,and the treatment cost of hazardous wastes is high.To control the risks of safety and environmental protection,and reduce the cost of hazardous waste disposal,the article analyzes and discusses the reduction,recycling and harmless disposal of oily sludge through the introduction and experiment of two processes:oily sludge reduction treatment process of"reaction separation+solid-liquid separation+liquid-liquid separation"and oily sludge reduction and harmless treatment process of"solid-liquid separation+anaerobic incineration".
