摘　　要：悬臂式掘进机在煤矿巷道施工中具有重要的作用,其性能好坏会对煤矿开采效率产生影响。以EBZ260型矿用悬臂式掘进机为对象,对掘进机的基本情况进行了概述,并对掘进机的电控系统整体方案进行了详细设计介绍。系统整体上由不同模块构成,以控制器模块为核心,选用DCF-Ⅰ型专用控制器性能优良,能满足系统的实际工作需要,对电控系统的电气部分进行了设计。软件程序方面,基于模块化思想设计,通过主程序驱动多个子程序,实现电控系统的各项功能。将电控系统部署到EBZ260型掘进机工程实践中,经现场应用后发现达到了预期效果,每年可以为企业节省60余万元,效益显著。The cantilever roadheader plays an important role in the construction of coal mine tunnels,and its performance will affect the efficiency of coal mining.Taking the EBZ260 mining cantilever roadheader as the object,the basic situation of the roadheader is summarized,and the overall scheme of the electronic control system of the roadheader is introduced in detail.The system is composed of different modules as a whole,with the controller module as the core.The DCF-Ⅰtype special controller is selected,which has excellent performance and can meet the actual work needs of the system.The electrical part of the electronic control system is designed.In terms of software program,based on modular design,the main program drives multiple subprograms to realize various functions of the electronic control system.The electric control system was deployed in the engineering practice of EBZ260 roadheader,and it was found that the expected effect was achieved after on-site application,which can save more than 600000 yuan for the enterprise per year,and the benefits are remarkable.
