摘 要:随着计算机技术的发展,用户利用网络工具获取文献的途径越来越便利,其对图书馆的依赖程度呈现下降趋势,因此图书馆当前亟需增强用户黏性以防止用户流失。本文以苏州大学图书馆为例,分析了高校图书馆用户黏性的影响因素,进行了高校图书馆用户黏性提升的实践探索,并总结出可提升高校图书馆用户黏性的行为策略:通过合理的空间布局提升用户感知易用性,吸引用户到馆;利用丰富的文献信息资源及技术支持提高用户感知有用性,促进用户深度使用图书馆;开展优质主动的服务获得用户认可。With the development of computer technology,it has been become more and more convenient for users to access documents using network tools,and the user's dependence on libraries is showing a downward trend.Therefore,libraries currently urgently need to enhance user stickiness to prevent user loss.Taking Soochow University Library as an example,this article analyzes the influencing factors of user stickiness in university libraries,conducts practical exploration on improving user stickiness in university libraries,and summarizes behavioral strategies that can enhance user stickiness in university libraries:improving user perceived ease of use through reasonable spatial layout,attracting users to the library,utilizing rich literature and information resources and technical support to improve users'perceived usefulness and promote users'in-depth use of the library,and providing high-quality and proactive services to gain user recognition.
