“一带一路”背景下公共图书馆信息资源服务体系建设研究——以陕西省图书馆为例

摘　　要：文化信息资源服务是“一带一路”建设的重要支撑之一,当前“一带一路”的持续建设和发展为公共图书馆信息资源服务带来新机遇、提出新要求、开拓新渠道。本文以陕西省图书馆“一带一路”资源建设服务创新实践为基础,阐述分析了公共图书馆参与“一带一路”建设的责任使命和存在问题,并立足于需求驱动这一核心,从资源建设、服务创新、合作共享三个层面提出了建议,从而为图书馆公共文化服务在转型中提质增效提供参考借鉴,以期共同推动“一带一路”高质量发展。Cultural information resource service is one of the most important supports for the construction of the“Belt and Road Initiative”.The construction and development of the“Belt and Road Initiative”has brought new opportunities,new requirements and new channels for public library information resource services.Based on the practice of“Belt and Road Initiative”resource construction and service innovation of Shaanxi Library,this paper analyzes the responsibility and problems of public libraries participating in the“Belt and Road Initiative”construction.It also puts forward suggestions from three levels:resource construction,service innovation and inter library cooperation,so as to provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of transforming the public cultural services in libraries,and to promote the high-quality development of the“Belt and Road Initiative”.
