摘　　要：房屋可靠性鉴定是传统民居保护的重要环节。对具有南洋传统特色的土墙-砖柱-木楼屋盖的混杂结构民居可靠性鉴定进行系统性的梳理与研究,分析该类结构民居的建筑、结构特点和检测要点,总结检测鉴定工作的特点、难点,针对难点提出相应对策,并以174幢该类型特点房屋的可靠性鉴定为例,对上述提出的建议和对策进行说明,为土-砖-木混杂结构房屋的可靠性鉴定提供基础资料和参考借鉴,以期在保证房屋结构安全的前提下,尽可能保存房屋的使用价值、减少加固干预。Appraisal of reliability is an important part of protecting traditional buildings.The reliability appraisal of Nanyang style traditional dwellings,which have a mixed structural system of raw-soil walls,masonry columns wooden floors and roofs,is systematically combed and studied.First,the architectural feature and structural characteristics of this kind of traditional dwellings are extracted.Then main issues and difficulties of reliability appraisal work are listed,and countermeasures focusing on the difficulties are proposed.At last,a local case with 174 dwellings is showed and explained to using the proposed methods.The aim of this paper is to provide a basic procedures and reference methods for reliability appraisal of buildings with soil-brick-wooden mixed structures,and in effort to realize the preserving rules for minimum intervention under the premise of building safety.
