摘 要:加劲肋可以提高钢管相贯节点的静力性能,然而目前国内外对带肋圆管X型相贯节点的研究较少,本文根据试验建立了带肋圆管X型相贯节点的有限元模型,并进行参数化分析,以研究加劲肋对节点静力性能的影响。研究发现加劲肋能够使节点相贯区域的应力分布更加均匀,从而节点区域的最大应力得到明显降低,可以有效提高节点的静力承载能力,并且加劲肋的方向、数量以及厚度的变化都会对节点的静力性能产生影响。同时,由于加劲肋的存在,主管管壁的变形受到限制,传统的以主管管壁变形来判定节点是否发生破坏的方式不再适用,因此本文提出了新的判定节点发生破坏的方式。Stiffeners can improve the static performance of tubular joints.However,there is little research on stiffened circular hollow section(CHS)tubular welded X-joints at home and abroad.In this paper,the finite element model of stiffened CHS tubular welded X-joints is established according to the test,and the parametric analysis is carried out to study the influence of stiffeners on the static performance of joints.It is found that the stiffener can make the stress distribution in the intersection area of the joint more uniform,so that the maximum stress in the joint area can be significantly reduced,which can effectively improve the static bearing capacity of the joint,and the change of the direction,number and thickness of the stiffener will affect the static performance of the joint.At the same time,due to the existence of stiffeners,the deformation of the main pipe wall is limited.The traditional way to judge whether the joint is damaged by the deformation of the main pipe wall is no longer applicable.Therefore,a new way to judge the failure of the joint is proposed in this paper.
