膜材料在防护纺织品中的应用

摘　　要：防护纺织品在医疗卫生、军事防护、消防、户外运动服装等领域有着广泛的应用,膜材料在防护纺织品结构中起到核心防护作用。介绍了防护纺织品常用膜材料的种类与特点,阐述了静电纺纳米纤维膜和智能材料的应用。多功能膜材料赋予防护纺织品优异的防水、防血液渗透、抑菌、防有机污染物、防化学毒物及隔离细菌和病毒等特性,必将在防护纺织品中发挥关键作用。Protective textiles have a wide range of applications in fields of medical fabric,military,outdoor activities.Membrane materials play a core protective role in the structure of protective textiles.The characteristics of different membrane materials commonly used in protective textiles are introduces,and then the applications of nanofibrous membrane produced by electrostatic spinning and smart material are presented.Functional membrane materials can impart fabrics with various kinds of properties like hydrophobicity,blood impermeability,anti-bacteria,anti-organic pollutants,work as barrier toward chemical poison,microbes and viruses,thus will certainly play an important role in protective textiles.
