摘 要:针对现有双剑杆织机引纬导轨多采用滚轮支撑导向的方式,在引纬过程中剑杆与滚轮之间的摩擦力较大不适合高速的问题,设计了一种剑轮与剑杆水平放置,用气浮垫支撑导向的引纬导轨,实现了引纬时剑杆齿对侧面与导轨无接触。基于静压气体润滑原理,利用Fluent仿真分析了不同供气压力下,节流孔径、节流孔长径比和气膜厚度对气浮垫承载力与耗气量的影响,得到最优的节流孔径和气膜厚度,以此结果仿真得到供气压力与承载力拟合关系。在Adams中进行动力学分析,得到作用于剑杆的轮齿径向载荷变化曲线,得出能吸收此载荷的承载力,从而计算出剑杆能够完成引纬的供气压力范围。最后进行试验验证了该机构设计的可靠性。In response to the problem that the existing double rapier loom weft guide rails mostly use roller support and guidance,and the frictional force between the rapier and the roller is relatively large during the weft insertion process,which is not suitable for high speed,a weft guide rail is designed with the rapier wheel and rapier placed horizontally and supported and guided by an air cushion,which can achieve that the opposite side of the rapier teeth does not contact the guide rail during weft insertion.Based on the principle of hydrostatic gas lubrication,Fluent simulation is used to analyze the influence of throttle aperture,length-diameter ratio of throttle aperture and film thickness on air cushion bearing capacity and gas consumption under different air supply pressures,and the optimal throttle aperture and film thickness are obtained.Based on the results,the fitting relationship between air supply pressure and bearing capacity is simulated.The dynamic analysis is carried out in Adams to obtain the radial load variation curve of the gear teeth acting on the rapier,and the bearing capacity that can absorb the load is obtained,so as to calculate the pressure range of the rapier to complete filling insertion and air supply.Finally,experiments are carried out to verify the reliability of the mechanism design.
