摘　　要：针对含金银丝纱线中金银丝纤维容易脱落的问题,设计了一种非对称结构含金银丝纱。采用涤纶、黏胶、莫代尔、金银丝4种纤维设计了两种纤维组合,分别制成两种粗纱,采用多重混色与复合纺纱技术纺制出一种非对称结构含金银丝针织用纱,并对纱线质量进行了测试。结果表明:非对称结构含金银丝针织用纱条干均匀、表面光洁、毛羽少,具有独特的风格特征。Aiming at the problem of easy detachment of bullion fiber in the yarn containing bullion fiber,a design of the yarn containing bullion fiber with an asymmetric structure is discussed.Two kinds of fiber combinations are designed with polyester,viscose,modal and bullion fiber,and two kinds of rovings are made respectively.An asymmetric structure containing bullion fiber is spun by using multiple color mixing and composite spinning technology,and the yarn quality is tested.The results show that the knitted yarn containing bullion fibers with asymmetric structure has uniform evenness,smooth surface,less hairiness,and unique style characteristics.
