摘  要:通过单因素试验分析确定复合纺织面料中丝的最佳溶解工艺,探讨了不同的溶解时间、浴比及溶解温度对丝组分溶解的影响,采用化学溶解法对复合面料进行溶解。先用氯化钙-乙醇-水体系溶解丝麻复合面料中的丝组分,观察溶解丝组分是否对麻纤维有影响,再将丝组分溶解液制成再生丝素蛋白海绵,并对再生产物进行红外光谱、XRD、接触角和热学性能表征。结果表明:丝的最优溶解工艺为以摩尔比1∶2∶8的氯化钙-乙醇-水作为溶剂,丝与溶剂的浴比为1∶25,在温度80℃下溶解60 min;此溶解工艺并没有损伤剩余麻组分,经溶解后的丝组分回收产物可进行再利用。Through single factor test and analysis,the optimal dissolution process of silk in composite textile fabric is determined,and the effects of dissolution time,bath ratio and dissolution temperature on the dissolution of silk components are discussed.The composite fabric is dissolved by chemical dissolution method.Firstly,the silk components in silk hemp composite fabric are dissolved by calcium chloride ethanol water system,and the effect of dissolved silk components on hemp fiber is observed.Then,the silk component solution is made into a regenerated silk fibroin sponge,and the regenerated products are characterized by IR,XRD,contact angle and thermal properties.The results show that the optimum dissolution process of silk is as follows:calcium chloride ethanol water as a solvent with molar ratio of 1∶2∶8,the bath ratio of silk to solvent is 1∶25,and dissolving at 80℃for 60 min.This dissolution process does not damage the remaining hemp components,and the recovered silk components after dissolution can be reused.
