摘　　要：人类命运共同体倡议是构建新型国际关系的中国方案。国家、国际社会和民间组织是构建人类命运共同体的主体,民心相通是构建人类命运共同体的核心内容和关键动力。改革开放以来迁至世界各地的中国新移民具有跨国网络和多重语言文化的资源优势,是推动中外民心相通,参与构建人类命运共同体的重要桥梁。马来西亚是中国新移民的主要移入地之一,其独特的族群结构及与中国长期的良好双边关系是考察中国新移民参与构建人类命运共同体实践经验的绝佳案例。在地慈善是中国新移民开展社会互动、融入居住国社会、促进民心相通的重要方式,更是传播中华文化、展示中国国家形象、构建人类命运共同体的重要路径。The Human community with a shared future initiative is a Chinese plan to build a new type of international relations.The state,the international community,and civil society organizations are the main actors in constructing human community with a shared future,and the communication between the people is the core content and key driving force in constructing human community with a shared future.After the reform and opening up,Chinese new immigrants who migrated to various parts of the world have the advantages of transnational networks and multilingual cultures,which are important bridges to promote the communication between Chinese and foreign people and participate in constructing human community with a shared future.Malaysia is one of the main destinations for Chinese new immigrants,and its unique ethnic structure and long-standing bilateral relations with China are excellent examples to examine the practical experience of Chinese new immigrants in constructing human community with a shared future.Local philanthropy is an important way for Chinese new immigrants to engage in social interaction,integrate into the society of their country of residence,and promote mutual understanding among the people.It is also an important path for spreading Chinese culture,showcasing China's national image,and constructing human community with a shared future.
