摘 要:教育部统编三科教材的使用标志着我国教材建设进入一个新时代,教材建设是国家事权,这是党和国家对教材建设的定位。少数民族学校也将逐步使用三科统编教材,对我国的少数民族教育而言,既是机遇也是挑战,应以此次教材改革为契机推动民族教育的转型发展。立足实地调研,梳理目前民族地区教材建设和少数民族地区语言教育模式的现状及问题,对民族学校使用的《汉语》课程标准、蒙古文《语文》课程标准与国家《语文》课程标准作一对比,对彝《语文》教材与统编《语文》教材进行比较研究,以新疆地区使用统编教材情况的抽样调研为案例,分析民族学校使用统编教材的必要性、可能性及要解决的问题,为民族地区课程教材建设及语言教学模式的转型做出政策展望。The use of the three unified textbooks by the Ministry of Education marks a new era in the construction of teaching materials in China.The construction of teaching materials is a national affair,which is the positioning of the Party and the State on the construction of teaching materials.This is the Party and State's position on textbook construction.Ethnic minority schools will also gradually use the three unified textbooks,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for ethnic minority education in China,and this textbook reform should be used as an opportunity to promote the transformation and development of ethnic minority education.Based on field research,the author compares the current situation and problems in the construction of teaching materials and language education models in ethnic minority areas,compares the curriculum standards for Chinese and Mongolian edition Chinese used in ethnic schools with the national curriculum standards for Chinese,conducts a comparative study of Yi Chinese teaching materials with the unified Chinese teaching materials,and takes a sample study of the use of unified teaching materials in Xinjiang as a case study It also analyses the necessity and possibility of using unified textbooks in ethnic schools and the problems to be solved,and makes a policy outlook for the construction of curriculum and teaching materials and the transformation of language teaching modes in ethnic areas.
