摘　　要：片(粒)碱装置开车过程中产生的废碱经溶解后,送到乙炔清净、氯气液化、氯乙烯合成等工序循环利用。针对废碱液装车过程中容易发生碱液泵堵塞的问题,提出改进措施,确保废碱液装车系统稳定运行。The waste caustic soda generated during the start-up process of a flake(granular)caustic soda device is dissolved and sent to processes such as acetylene purification,chlorine liquefaction,and vinyl chloride synthesis for recycling.In response to the problem of blockage of caustic soda solution pump during the loading of waste caustic soda solution,improvement measures are proposed to ensure the stable operation of the waste caustic soda solution loading system.
