摘　　要：口腔健康是全身健康的重要组成部分之一,口腔不仅是消化系统的起始部位,还与呼吸系统直接相通。受到2019冠状病毒病(Coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19)的影响,口腔医疗资源出现疫情下的短缺,而对COVID-19患者的口腔症状的普及不到位也造成口腔治疗时存在医源性感染的潜在风险。现阶段关于COVID-19的研究多集中在呼吸系统、神经系统、心血管系统和免疫系统领域,虽有关于COVID-19患者出现口腔感染迹象的报道,但目前对口腔潜在影响的研究较少。本文将针对COVID-19致病病毒—严重急性呼吸系统综合征冠状病毒2型(Severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2, SARS-CoV-2)的感染特点、COVID-19患者的口腔症状及机制进行综述,强调从口腔领域研究COVID-19的必要性,望有助于预防疾病、控制传播、筛查诊断和治疗。Oral health is an important component of systemic health.The oral cavity is not only the origin of the digestive system,but it is also connected directly to the respiratory system.The impact of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has led to a shortage of oral-healthcare resources.Oral symptoms in patients suffering from COVID-19 have created a potential risk of medical-acquired infection from oral treatment.Most studies on COVID-19 have focused on respiratory,neurological,cardiovascular and immune systems.Although there have been reports of COVID-19 patients showing signs of oral infection,few studies have concentrated on its potential impact on the oral cavity.We reviewed the characteristics,oral symptoms and mechanism of action of infection by the causative virus of COVID-19:severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2(SARS-CoV-2).We emphasize the need to study COVID-19 from the oral domain,in expectation of contributing to disease prevention,control transmission of SARS-CoV-2,screening,diagnosis and treatment.
