摘  要:非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是一种由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)引发的高热、出血症状的传染病。本文详细地阐述了非洲猪瘟的历史背景、病毒结构以及近15年检测领域研究热点,并从抗原检测和抗体检测两个方面入手,着重介绍了与非洲猪瘟检测技术相关的研究现状,包括PCR、核酸等温扩增、红细胞吸附、免疫荧光、ELISA、免疫层析、免疫印迹等方法学,并从早期筛查能力、敏感性、特异性、便捷性及使用成本五个方面进行分析,旨在为非洲猪瘟检测新技术研发提供思考方向,以及为不同地区在特定非洲猪瘟疫情流行背景下选择合适的诊断试剂提供参考。African swine fever(ASF)is an infectious disease that appears as high fever and hemorrhagic symptoms in pigs.In this paper,the historical background,virus structure and research focused in detection field in recent 15 years were described in detail.This paper focused on antigen and antibody detection and described the recent research status of detection technology for African swine fever,such as PCR,isothermal amplification,hemadsorption,immunofluorescence,ELISA,immunochromatography,and immunoblotting.Five factors were summarized:early diagnosis ability,sensitivity,specificity,convenience,and cost.This study aimed to provide a direction for thinking the new detection technology and a guide for selecting relevant diagnostic reagents in different regions of the ASF epidemic.
