摘 要:近年来,随着电气试验技术的发展,利用储能技术与大功率电力电子技术灵活产生试验电压波形广泛应用于各类高电压试验系统,但由于使用了大量非线性固态开关器件,基于电力电子技术的试验电源输出波形畸变较为严重,输出功率有限,无法满足目前对于电压波形和试验功率方面的需求。针对上述问题,这里提出一种高压多电平模块化逆变器的调制方式与输出波形改善策略,该策略通过增加微调节性模块,实现对模块输出电压电流波形进行改善,仿真与试验研究结果表明,所提调制方式与波形改善策略可以显著改善输出波形效果,可在电力电子式高压试验电源等领域广泛应用。In recent years,with the development of electrical test technology,energy storage technology and high-power electronics technology have been widely used in various high-voltage test systems.However,due to the use of a large number of non-linear switching devices,the output waveform distortion of the high-voltage experimental source based on power electronics technology is quite obvious,and the output power is not sufficient,which cannot meet the requirements of diferent kinds of high-voltage test.To solve these problems,modulation method and output waveform improvement strategy are proposed for a high-voltage multi-level modular inverter.A micro-regulated module is added,adopting control strategy to improve the quality of output waveform.The results of simulation and experiment both indicate that the modulation method and improving strategy work well,and there is wide application prospect in high-voltage test sources based on electronics devices.
