摘 要:针对目前电动自行车、电动摩托车及充电桩的不断推广,进而对单相及三相整流器的需求日趋扩大,在现有传统H桥整流器基础上提出基于功率路径重构型的单相三电平混合整流电路,一方面,该电路具有H桥和可控三电平两种整流模式,可保证对负载具有可靠的供电;另一方面,只需要3个开关管即可实现三电平,使得开关控制较为简单,同时,拓扑结构工作模态存在冗余,从另一个角度增加了电路的可靠性。此处主要从工作原理、特性方面进行理论分析,最后,采用交流输入电压220 V,直流输出电压400 V,输出功率300 W的原型机验证理论分析的正确性。In view of the present electric bicycle,electric motorcycle and the further promotion of charging pile,and increasing demand for single-phase and three-phase rectifier,based on the existing traditional H bridge rectifier,single-phase three-level hybrid rectifier circuit is proposed based on power path reconfiguration.On the one hand,this circuit has two rectifier models including H bridge and controlled three-level,which can ensure a reliable power supply to the load;on the other hand,only three switches are needed to achieve three-level,which makes the switching control relatively simple.At the same time,there are redundancy in the working modes of the topological structure,which increases the reliability of the circuit from another perspective.The theoretical analysis are mainly from the working principle,characteristics.Finally,AC input voltage 220 V,DC output voltage 400 V,output power 300 W prototype is used to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
