摘 要:随着模块化多电平换流器(MMC)技术的成熟,近年来三相变单相MMC逐步被欧洲铁路单相供电系统采用,也是我国接触网供电重要研究方向。针对高铁单相供电系统用AC/AC MMC,提出了一种通过预估每个桥臂全部子模块电容瞬时总电压的优化调制策略,基于Matlab/Simulink搭建模型开展仿真分析,并结合低压物理样机验证了该策略的有效性。With the maturity of modular multilevel converter(MMC)technology,three-phase to single-phase MMC has been gradually adopted by European railway single-phase power supply system in recent years,which is also an important research direction of catenary power supply in China.Aiming at AC/AC MMC used in single-phase power supply system of high-speed railway,an optimal modulation strategy is proposed by estimating the instantaneous total voltage of all sub modules of each bridge arm.Based on Matlab/Simulink,a model is built to carry out simulation analysis,and the effectiveness of the strategy is verified with low-voltage physical prototype.
