摘  要:针对飞轮储能系统(FESS)充放电过程中直流牵引网压剧烈波动导致电机频繁起停的情况,提出一种基于双滞环的FESS充放电控制策略。该策略在基于电压滞环的传统充放电控制策略的基础上增加了转速滞环控制,通过双滞环控制对FESS的充放电特性进行优化,能够有效避免电机的频繁起停问题,提高系统的储能效率和可靠性。在青岛地铁某线路实现挂网运行,通过工程应用验证了所提策略的可行性和实用性。Aiming at the frequent starting and stopping of motor caused by the drastic fluctuation of traction network voltage during the charging and discharging process of flywheel energy storage system(FESS),a charging and discharging control strategy based on the double hysteresis loop is proposed for FESS.Based on the traditional charge and discharge control strategy using voltage hysteresis controller,the proposed strategy uses speed hysteresis control to optimize the charge and discharge characteristics of FESS through the double hysteresis control,which can effectively avoid the frequent starting and stopping of motor and improve the energy storage efficiency and reliability of the system.The feasibility and practicability of the proposed strategy are verified through engineering application in a line of Qingdao Metro.
