摘 要:痛风是由尿酸单钠晶体沉积于关节间隙等部位,进而引起急性疼痛的一种炎症性疾病。近来研究发现,痛风的发生不仅与遗传因素相关,还与环境因素的表观遗传修饰,如DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、泛素化修饰、非编码RNAs(non-coding RNAs,ncRNAs)的改变相关。本文就表观遗传学在痛风发病机制的研究进展以及饮食摄入对痛风潜在的表观遗传修饰进行综述,以期为痛风的早期预防和治疗提供新的思路。Gout is an inflammatory disease caused by the deposition of monosodium urate crystals in joint spaces and other parts,which leads to acute pain.Recent studies have found that the occurrence of gout is not only related to genetic factors,but also to the changes of epigenetic modifications by environmental factors including DNA methylation,histone modification,ubiquitin modification and non-coding RNA(ncRNAs).This article reviews the research progress of epigenetics in the pathogenesis of gout and the potential epigenetic modification of gout caused by dietary intake,in order to provide new ideas for early prevention and treatment of gout.
