摘　　要：目的编制护士应急能力自评量表并进行信效度检验。方法根据护士综合应急能力培训体系,通过文献检索、专家咨询法等,构建护士应急能力自评量表。采用方便抽样法选取福建省某三级甲等医院1032名护士进行测试,以进行量表信效度检测。结果编制的护士应急能力自评量表包括5个维度,共44个条目,总量表的Cronbach′sα为0.95,折半信度为0.94,重测信度为0.95。探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,其方差累积贡献率为59.98%;总量表的内容效度指数为0.95。结论护士应急能力自评量表具有良好的信效度,可为评估临床护士应急能力提供工具。Objective To develop a scale for measuring nurses'emergency response ability and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the training system of nurses′comprehensive emergency response ability,the nurses′emergency response ability scale was drafted after literature review and established using the Delphi method.Then 1032 clinical nurses from a class-3 grade-A hospital in Fujian province were evaluated using it to test its reliability and validity.Results The scale established consisted of 5 dimensions,covering 44 items.Its total Cronbach′sαwas 0.95,with the split-half reliability coefficient and 2-week retest reliability of 0.94 and 0.95.Five common factors were extracted using the exploratory factor analysis,accounting for 59.98%of the cumulative variance.Moreover,the content validity index of the scale was 0.95.Conclusion The scale established in this study is of good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the emergency response ability of clinical nurses.
