摘  要:在产能过剩的行业背景下,互动导向和流量思维成为服装企业提高持续性组织绩效的重要条件。本文实证检验了服装企业流量思维在互动导向通过服务能力影响持续性组织绩效关系中的调节效应。通过对287份问卷数据进行分析,研究发现:互动导向对服装企业持续性组织绩效具有正向影响;服务能力在互动导向和持续性绩效之间起到正向中介效应;流量思维正向调节了互动导向和服务能力之间的关系,其中私域流量策略的作用大于公域流量策略。For a long time,China’s textile and garment industry has suffered from overcapacity and excessive competition.The annual fixed asset growth rate of the textile and garment industry has only been 2.3%since January 2014.In 2021,the annual output of the garment industry was 30%higher than the relative demand.In addition,the statistical data based on various calibers showed that the average profit margin of the textile and garment industry ranged from 3.9%to 5%.In response to the initiative of high-quality development,garment enterprises are attempting to improve service quality and eliminate inefficient links in order to gain advantages in market competition.With the promotion of digital technology,the community economy provides new opportunities for garment enterprises to reshape their core competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to study how garment enterprises get sustained organizational performance in the interaction with customers.To verify the effects of interaction orientation and traffic thinking on sustained organizational performance,we surveyed 287 garment companies.First of all,we used a linear regression model to test the main effect of interaction orientation.Secondly,we used a hierarchical regression model to examine the mediating effect of service competence.Finally,we added an interaction term to the regression equation for testing the moderating effect of traffic thinking on interaction orientation and service competence.This is the first study to analyze the relationship between interactive orientation and sustainable organizational performance in garment enterprises.In addition,we integrated interaction orientation and traffic thinking into the research framework of strategic management.Based on the above,it is found that interaction orientation has a positive effect on sustainable organizational performance of garment enterprises.Meanwhile,service competence plays a mediating effect between interaction orientation and sustained organizational performance.Interaction orientation improves ser
