摘 要:为克服传统分形与铺砌织物组织设计方法因空间结构单调而使得设计空间受限的问题,本文提出一种T形铺砌织物组织设计方法。该方法运用4个T形铺砌块构,通过构造有向链图高效设计织物组织。首先利用T形铺砌特有的有向链图表示方法,在棋盘格上设计与编辑链图,然后将其转化为T形铺砌结构,最后将基本组织根据铺砌结构进行拆分重组获得变化多样的铺砌织物组织。运用Python语言实现了该织物组织的设计方法并进行可视化。实验结果表明,该织物组织设计方法便捷、直观,能够获得更为丰富且多变的铺砌结构及相应的铺砌织物组织,从而为织物组织的数字化设计探索了一条新的设计途径。With the development of information technology,the digitalization of fabric weave design has become popular.And how to efficiently and conveniently design fabric weave featuring a unique style and diverse changes while meeting the technological requirements is an important research topic in the field of textile design.Existing methods of designing fabric weaves can be roughly divided into two classifications,namely,the global transformation and combination of fundamental weaves.The former takes the weave as a whole and transforms it by various operations,while the latter reassembles one or more simple weaves into a complicated weave according to certain rules.However,the designed fabric weaves are lack of change in their spatial structure and the design degree of freedom is relatively low,which results in limited changes of weave styles.To overcome the above limitation,we proposed a T-tetrominoes tiling based fabric weave design method.Through this method,we constructed the space structure by using four T-tetrominoes tiles disassembled from the basic structure by the selected method,and designed the fabric weave efficiently by constructing the directed chain diagram.Firstly,we designed the directed chain diagram on the checkerboard by using the unique directed chain graph of T-tetrominoes tiling,and edited the chain graph by operations of reversion,splitting and merging of the sub-chain graphs.The editing result of the modified chain graph would act on the T-tetrominoes tiling and change its pattern.Secondly,we reassembled the fundamental weaves into diversified T-tetrominoe tiling fabric weaves.Finally,we implemented the proposed method and visualized fabric weaves with Python language.The method can control the weave design results from various aspects such as different fundamental weaves,disassembly ways and directed chain graphs.Compared with the traditional fabric weave design method,our method is more convenient and intuitive to design fabric weaves with rich and changeable tiling structures.It expands the
