摘 要:为了探究高-低载荷下振动疲劳损伤累积的规律,基于振动台设计轴向振动疲劳试验系统,针对7050-T7451铝合金试件进行轴向振动疲劳试验,同时与在高频试验机上进行的常规疲劳试验结果进行对比。结果表明:振动疲劳与常规疲劳试验中均表现出“锻炼”效应;振动疲劳试验中增大高-低载荷幅值差时,损伤累积值逐渐增加,“锻炼”效应逐渐明显;高-低载荷最大应力比存在临界值0.483,当应力比σ′<0.483时,振动疲劳加载相较于常规疲劳加载,表现出更明显的“锻炼”效应。In order to explore the law of vibration fatigue damage accumulation under high-low load,the axial vibration fatigue test system is designed based on the vibration table.The axial vibration fatigue test is carried out on 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy specimens,and the results are compared with the normal fatigue test results on the high frequency testing machine.The results show that both vibration fatigue and normal fatigue tests show“coaxing effect”.In the vibration fatigue test,the cumulative damage values increase with the increase of the difference between high and low loading amplitudes,the“coaxing effect”is gradually obvious;there is a critical value 0.483 of the maximum stress ratio under high-low load;when the stress ratioσ′<0.483,the vibration fatigue loading shows more obvious“coaxing effect”than the normal fatigue loading.
