摘 要:为研究簧片阀主要结构参数对压缩机整机噪声的影响规律,分析了簧片阀吸排气阀片厚度t、通流面积的S及升程高度h对气阀机械噪声和气动噪声的影响,采用正交试验方法对某微型活塞压缩机进行噪声试验。对试验结果进行极差分析并对簧片阀主要结构参数对压缩机整机噪声的影响进行排序,结果显示吸排气通道面积及排气升程为影响压缩机噪声的主要结构参数。对试验样机用簧片阀参数进行优选组合并进行验证,试验证明优选后气阀(t_(吸气)=0.4 mm、t_(排气)=0.32 mm、S_(吸气)=360.2 mm^(2)、S_(排气)=254.6 mm^(2)、h_(排气)=1.9 mm)相对于原始气阀使压缩机整机A计权声压级下降了2.4dB(A),由气阀引起的压缩机噪声增量降低了9.3 dB(A),有效地改善了压缩机整机噪声。本文研究结果可为低噪声气阀的设计及压缩机降噪提供依据。In order to study the influence of the main structural parameters of the reed valve on the noise of the compressor,the influence of the thickness t,the flow area S and the lift height h of the reed valve on the mechanical noise and pneumatic noise of the valve were analyzed,and the noise test of a micro piston compressor was carried out by orthogonal test method.The range analysis of the test results and the influence of the main structural parameters of the reed valve on the noise of the compressor were ranked,and the results show that the area of the suction and exhaust channel and the exhaust lift were the main structural parameters affecting the compressor noise.The parameters of the reed valve for the test prototype were selected and verified,and the test proves that the optimized rear valve(t_(suction)=0.4 mm,t_(exhaust)=0.32 mm,S_(suction)=360.2 mm^(2),S_(exhaust)=254.6 mm^(2),h_(exhaust)=1.9 mm)compared with the original valve reduced the A-weighted sound pressure level of the compressor by 2.4dB(A),and the compressor noise increment caused by the valve was reduced by 9.3 dB(A),which effectively improves the noise of the compressor.The results of this study can provide a basis for the design of low-noise valve and compressor noise reduction.
