摘 要:针对某增压站的2台四列往复式天然气压缩机组气井气量降低,长期运行在小气量范围内,压缩机的实际效率偏低等实际问题,对机组开展了提效节能技术研究,为天然气压缩机组的提效节能提供了优化思路与技术路线。提出5种基于机组运行现状的效率优化方案,并建立能效评价模型评估其运行效率、可行性与经济性。结果表明,将两级压缩改为单级压缩,二级双作用改为单作用的运行模式效率优化效果最佳;该方案使机组绝热效率最高可提升19.4%,比功率最高降低16.5%,其单级压缩模式可省去中间冷却器所占的该厂10%耗功,生产相同气量时单级双机方案的月耗电量与初始方案相比降低了25%~28%。In view of the actual problems of two four-row reciprocating natural gas compressor units in a booster station,such as gas well gas volume reduction,long-term operation in a small gas volume range,and low actual efficiency of the compressor,the efficiency improvement and energy saving technology was studied on the unit,which provide optimization ideas and technical routes for the efficiency improvement and energy saving of natural gas compressor units.Five efficiency optimization schemes based on unit operation status were proposed,and an energy efficiency evaluation model was established to evaluate its operation efficiency,feasibility and economy.The results show that the operation mode of changing two-stage compression to single-stage compression and changing two-stage double action to single action has the best efficiency optimization effect;This scheme can increase the thermal insulation efficiency of the unit by 19.4%at most and reduce the specific power by 16.5%at most.Its singlestage compression mode can save 10%of power consumption of the plant which the intercooler accounts for,and the monthly power consumption of the single-stage dual unit scheme when producing the same gas volume is reduced by 25%~28%compared to the initial scheme.
