摘  要:针对现有的紫外光学火焰探测器探测距离短,单红外光学火焰探测器抗干扰能力差等缺点,设计了一种多波段红外光学火焰探测器。利用高集成度的四通道红外传感器作为探测器件,结合火焰识别算法和温度补偿算法,实现了在3m处标准火盆火的识别。同时,为了贴合实际应用,进行了污染检测设计和防误报算法设计,具有更好的环境适应性,能够有效地排除太阳光、日光灯、闪光灯、热风枪、浴霸等光源的干扰,具有探测距离远,抗干扰能力强,环境适应性好,响应速度快的优势。In view of the short detection range of existing ultraviolet flame detectors;Single infrared optical flame detector has some disadvantages such as poor anti-interference ability.A multiband infrared optical flame detector is designed.Four-channel infrared sensor with high integration is used as detector,and flame recognition algorithm and temperature compensation algorithm are combined.It realizes the identification of standard brazier fire at 3m.At the same time,in order to fit the practical application,the pollution detection design and anti-false alarm algorithm design.With better environmental adaptability,it can effectively eliminate the interference of sunlight,fluorescent lamp,flash lamp,heat gun,bath bar and other light sources.It has the advantages of long detection distance,strong anti-interference ability,good environmental adaptability and fast response speed.
