摘　　要：针对中国石油宁夏石化公司45万吨合成氨80万吨尿素项目的集散控制系统设计、施工、应用及改造进行总结,并在此基础上将此套集散控制系统存在的主要问题和今后建设同等规模的大型化肥装置集散控制系统应注意的问题进行梳理,以便于石化行业中其他大型化工企业在集散控制系统中的选型设计及应用。The paper summarizes the design,construction,application and transformation of the DCS for the 450000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 800000 tons of urea project of PetroChina in Ningxia Petrochemical Company,and on this basis,it sorts out the main problems existing in this set of Distributed Control System and the problems that should be paid attention to in the future construction of large-scale fertilizer plant Distributed Control System of the same scale.So as to facilitate the selection,design and application of other large chemical enterprises in the petrochemical industry in the Distributed Control System.
