摘  要:着重分析了燃料操作监控系统中换料设备位置指示目的意义,通过对自整角机和信号转换器工作原理、性能指标和设计参数的分析,设计研发了非标自整角机双通道信号转换器,实现模拟信号与数字信号转换。同时,根据换料设备位置指示集中控制的要求,设计了自整角机信号处理系统集中控制柜,并对控制柜的输出信号网络通讯接口电路进行设计,将自整角机输出信号通过Profibus DP传送至PLC控制,并对信号传输过程中可能出现的信号跳变问题进行PLC程序编程设计处理,最终完成了自整角机信号处理系统的方案设计,满足换料设备的模块精度、信号接口要求,为后续的信号处理系统样机设计制造提供了理论依据和设计基础。This paper focuses on the analysis of the significance of the position indication of the change equipment in the fuel operation monitoring system.Through the analysis of the working principle,performance index and design parameters of the self-corrector and signal converter,the non-standard self-corrector dual-channel signal converter is designed and developed to realize the conversion of analogue signals and digital signals.At the same time,according to the requirements of centralised control of the position indication of the change equipment,the centralised control cabinet of the signal processing system of the self-aligning machine is designed,and the output signal network communication interface circuit of the control cabinet is designed to transmit the output signal of the self-aligning machine to the PLC control through Profibus DP,and the PLC program is designed to deal with the signal jumping problems that may occur in the process of signal transmission,finally completing The final design of the signal processing system of the self-aligning machine is completed,which meets the requirements of the module accuracy and signal interface of the material change equipment and provides a theoretical basis and design foundation for the subsequent design and manufacture of the signal processing system prototype.
