摘  要:对秦山CANDU机组主变冷却系统进行了详细的介绍,包含主变冷却系统的工作原理、冷却系统实际发生故障时的外在表现以及相应的故障处理方法,重点对冷却系统故障的原因进行了详细分析,同时提出了该系统存在的设计缺陷:无备用冗余,存在单点敏感部件,控制回路电源侧故障无报警功能,主变就地控制屏位于使电气元件加速老化的高温区域,电气元件安装方式不利于在线处理,并针对设计缺陷给出了具体的优化思路。In this paper,the main transformer cooling system of Qinshan CANDU Unit has carried on the detailed introduction,include the working principle of main transformer cooling system,cooling system,the accrual failure of external performance and corresponding troubleshooting methods,focusing on the cooling system failure reasons are analyzed in detail,and puts forward the design defects existing in the system:no standby redundancy,the single point of sensitive components of existence,the control circuit power supply side fault no alarm function,local control panel of main transformer located in the high temperature area of the accelerated aging electrical elements,electrical components,installation is not conducive to online processing,against defects in design and gives the specific optimization idea.
