摘  要:铝用炭素生产作为一种高能源消耗行业,分析其生产中能源利用存在的问题和薄弱环节,并通过节能改造提高能源利用率是一个非常重要的研究方向。文章通过[火用]分析方法,计算了炭素生产中各环节[火用]的收支情况,并与热平衡分析的热量占比情况进行了比较。结果表明:生产过程中[火用]支出占比最大的分别是煅后焦带出的化学[火用]、阳极生坯带走的化学[火用]和阳极成品与填充焦带出的化学[火用];除了无法提取利用的成品化学[火用]支出和[火用]损失外,煅烧过程中冷却水带走的能量烟气带走的能量是系统用能中最薄弱的环节;采用改变冷却水套的出水温度和余热发电的方式回收能量,可以极大地提高炭素生产过程中的能源利用水平,同时还可创造可观的收益。Carbon production for aluminum is a high energy consumption industry.It is a very important research direction to analyze the problems and weaknesses in energy utilization in its production,and to carry out energy-saving transformations to improve energy utilization.Therefore,through the research method of exergy analysis,this paper analyzes and calculates the revenue and expenditure of each link in carbon production,and compares them with the heat proportion of heat balance analysis.The results show that in the three processes,the largest proportion of exergy expenditure is the chemical exergy taken out by the calcined coke,anode green body,anode finished product and filling coke.The weakest links in energy consumption are the cooling water and flue gas in the calcination process,where energy is taken away and cannot be extracted and utilized.It is found that energy recovery by changing the water temperature of the cooling water jacket and generating electricity from waste heat can greatly improve the energy utilization level in the carbon production process and create considerable profits.
