摘 要:大量废弃煤矸石作为路基填筑材料,具有降低建设成本、节约土地资源和保护生态环境等多重效益,性质不良的煤矸石填筑路基会造成严重的质量问题。为探讨不同性质煤矸石作为路基填筑材料的适用性,构建了以自由膨胀率、烧失量、CBR值、压碎值、崩解性为指标的评价体系,运用层次分析法确定各指标权重系数,结合可拓评价模型、正态云模型两种非线性方法对比分析了性质不同的煤矸石作为路基填料的适用性。结果表明:可拓评价模型和正态云模型计算的煤矸石路基适用性等级一致,表明两种评价模型的关联性良好,其计算结果合理,后续可结合路基沉降监测数据验证计算结果的可靠性。A large amount of waste coal gangue as subgrade filling material has multiple benefits such as reducing construction cost,saving land resources and protecting ecological environment.However,filling subgrade with poor coal gangue properties will cause serious quality problems.In order to explore the applicability of coal gangue with different properties as subgrade filling materials,this paper constructs an evaluation system with free expansion rate,ignition loss,CBR value,crushing value and disintegration as indexes,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight coefficients of each index.The applicability of gangue with different properties as subgrade filler is analyzed by extension evaluation model and normal cloud model.The results show that the applicability grades of coal gangue subgrade calculated by the extension evaluation model and the normal cloud model are consistent,indicating that the correlation between the two evaluation models is good and the calculation results are reasonable.The reliability of the calculation results can be verified in conjunction with the monitoring data of subgrade settlement.
