摘 要:为研究气相压缩性对气液混输泵性能的影响规律,以螺旋轴流式气液混输泵为研究对象,采用欧拉-欧拉双流体模型,在20%~80%进口含气率范围内对混输泵设计工况点进行数值计算,分析气相压缩性对混输泵外特性曲线和内流场的影响。研究表明,在高含气率下气相可压缩性对混输泵的外特性预测结果影响明显增大;考虑气相压缩性后,混输泵叶轮单个流道内最先出现气堵问题,并且气相压缩性明显影响叶轮叶片上压力载荷分布以及叶轮内的气液两相的相间速度差分布。In order to study the effect of gas compressibility on the performance of the gas-liquid multiphase pump,the helico-axial flow multiphase pump was taken as the research object,and the Euler-Eulerian two-fluid model was used.The numerical calculation of the design operating point of the multiphase pump is carried out within the range of 20%~80%inlet gas content,and the influence of the gas compressibility on the external characteristic curve and internal flow field of the multiphase pump is analyzed.The research shows that the influence of gas compressibility on the prediction results of the external characteristics of the multiphase pump is significantly increased under high gas content;after considering the gas compressibility,the gas blockage problem first occurs in the single flow channel of the multiphase pump impeller,and the gas compression The pressure load distribution on the blades of the multiphase pump and the slip velocity distribution of the gas-liquid two phases in the impeller are obviously affected.
