摘  要:针对某乙烯装置低压凝液汽提塔釜液泵机封失效频率较高的问题,从机械密封本体因素和外部影响因素两方面进行计算分析,提出该离心泵整改、安装的思路和方法,以降低机械密封的失效频率,从而保障设备的长周期运行。In view of the high failure frequency of the mechanical seal of the liquid pump in a low-pressure condensate stripping tower of an ethylene plant,this paper calculates and analyzes from two aspects of the mechanical seal body factor and the external influence factor,in order to reduce the failure frequency of mechanical seal and ensure the long-term operation of the equipment,the idea and method of the rectification and installation of the centrifugal pump are put forward.
