摘  要:立足于铜火法冶炼工厂生产实践,对氧化还原基本原理、终点判断方法进行阐述以及提出改进措施,简单介绍电解对阳极板物理规格、表面质量、化学质量的要求,借助测氧仪等设备不断优化氧化还原终点判断的标准,从化学质量控制来提高阳极板物理质量;探索粗铜浅氧化操作要点,总结出浅氧化终点最佳O含量为0.22%~0.25%,最大限度缩短单炉作业周期,降低精炼工序天然气单耗。Based on the production practice of copper pyrometallurgical smelting plant,the basic principle of redox,the end point judgment method,and proposes improvement measures are expounded,the requirements of electrolysis on the physical specifications,surface quality and chemical quality of anode plates are briefly introduced.With the help of oxygen measuring instruments and other equipment,the criteria for judging redox endpoints are continuously optimized,and the physical quality of anode plates is improved from chemical quality control.The main points of shallow oxidation of blister copper are explored,and it is concluded that the optimal O content at the end of shallow oxidation is 0.22%~0.25%,which minimizes the operation cycle of a single furnace and reduces the unit consumption of natural gas in the refining process.
