摘 要:利用扫描电镜和光学显微镜的等分析设备,研究1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢氮气瓶支架断口的组织形貌,分析了基体成分和性能。研究表明断裂原因为在支架铆接部位的局部尺寸减薄,降低了构件的承载能力,诱发裂纹最终导致疲劳断裂,并提出相应的解决措施。Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and optical microscopy were used to study the microstructure and morphology of the fracture surface of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel nitrogen cylinder bracket.The results showed that the fracture was caused by local thinning at the riveting joint of the bracket,which reduced the load bearing capacity of the component and induced fatigue cracking,resulting in ultimate fracture.Corresponding solutions were proposed to address the problem.The composition and properties of the matrix were also analyzed.
