摘  要:球磨机主要应用于选矿、冶金、建筑、化工和电力等工业领域。对开大齿轮是球磨机设备的关键部件,随着球磨机总体结构和规格设计向大型化发展,其中的对开大齿轮结构设计也趋于大型化和复杂化。针对沈冶重装设计制造的MQY5595新型大型湿式溢流型球磨机中的对开大齿轮,通过对其结构和齿形的设计分析,确定其最优化的工艺制造方案、制造过程中的防变形措施和质量控制关键节点;同时选配科学合理的刀具方案和制造设备,实现大型易变形对开大齿轮制造的高精度、高质量、高效率、低成本的生产制造。Ball mills are mainly used in beneficiation,metallurgy,construction,chemical industry,electric power and other industrial fields.The split gear is the key component of the ball mill equipment.With the development of the overall structure and specification design of ball mills towards large-scale development,the design of the split large gear structure also tends to become larger and more complex.Aimming at the design and manufacture of split gear in MQY5595 new large wet overflow ball mill,through the design and analysis of its structure and tooth shape,the optimal process manufacturing scheme,deformation prevention measures and key points of quality control in the manufacturing process are determined.At the same time,scientific and reasonable cutter schemes and manufacturing equipment are selected to achieve high-precision,high-quality,high-efficiency and low-cost manufacturing of large easily deformed split gears.
