摘 要:为探究臭椿不同部位提取物抗烟草花叶病毒(TMV)活性,本试验采用半叶枯斑法对臭椿枝叶、种子石油醚提取物、树皮乙醇提取物以及各提取物的不同柱层析馏分进行了抗TMV的活性测定。结果表明,臭椿种子石油醚提取物的保护作用、治疗作用、钝化作用均最强,抑制率分别为63.64%、50.60%、60.01%,臭椿树皮乙醇提取物对TMV增殖的抑制作用最强,为79.33%,显著高于其他处理;臭椿枝叶石油醚提取物对TMV的抑制作用相对较差,抑制率介于32.02%~43.47%。枝叶石油醚提取物各馏分中,LE.3和LE.5的保护作用、LE.11的钝化作用显著高于宁南霉素,抑制率分别为54.99%、46.22%、51.99%;种子石油醚提取物各馏分中,SE.4、SE.6、SE.9的保护作用及SE.10、SE.11、SE.12的钝化作用显著高于宁南霉素,抑制率分别为71.96%、58.74%、67.84%、63.62%、72.18%、76.25%;臭椿树皮提取物各馏分中,BE.10的保护作用、BE.5和BE.8的治疗作用及BE.10、BE.11、BE.13的增殖抑制作用显著高于宁南霉素,抑制率分别为54.25%、58.67%、62.32%、81.25%、61.89%、70.59%。臭椿3个部位提取物及馏分对TMV都具有一定的抑制作用,这为进一步追踪臭椿中抗烟草花叶病毒活性物质奠定了基础。In order to study the activity of extracts from different parts of Ailanthus altissima against to⁃bacco mosaic virus(TMV),the semi⁃leaf spot method was used to determine the anti⁃TMV activity of petrole⁃um ether extracts from leaves and seeds,ethanol extract from bark and different column chromatography frac⁃tions of each extract.The results showed that the petroleum ether extract of A.altissima seed had the strongest protective,therapeutic and passivation effects with the inhibition rates of 63.64%,50.60%and 60.01%,re⁃spectively.The ethanol extract of A.altissima bark had the strongest inhibitory effect on TMV proliferation with the inhibition rate as 79.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the other treatments.The inhibition effect of petroleum ether extract of leaves on TMV was worse than that of the other two types of extracts with the inhibition rate ranging from 32.02%to 43.47%.In the fractions of petroleum ether extract of leaves,the pro⁃tective effect of LE.3 and LE.5 and the deactivation effect of LE.11 were significantly higher than those of Ningnanmycin,and the inhibition rates were 54.99%,46.22%and 51.99%,respectively.In the fractions of petroleum ether extract of seeds,the protective effect of SE.4,SE.6 and SE.9,and the passivation effect of SE.10,SE.11 and SE.12 were significantly higher than those of Ningnanmycin with the inhibition rates of 71.96%,58.74%,67.84%,63.62%,72.18%and 76.25%,respectively.In the fractions of ethanol extract of bark,the protective effect of BE.10,the therapeutic effect of BE.5 and BE.8,and the proliferative inhibitory effect of BE.10,BE.11 and BE.13 were significantly higher than those of Ningnanmycin with the inhibition rates of 54.25%,58.67%,62.32%,81.25%,61.89%and 70.59%,respectively.All these results indicated that the extracts and fractions of the three parts of A.altissima had certain inhibitory effects on TMV,which could lay the foundation for further tracing the active substances against TMV in A.altissima.
