摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地考察法等研究方法,聚焦全面深化体教融合的时代背景,以«关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见»以及相关政策为指导,梳理我国体校发展面临的现实困境,为破除体校改革的现实壁垒寻求创新发展路径.研究发现,我国体校发展主要面临以下困境:1)体校教育功利化恶化了生存与发展环境;2)地理区域和项目发展不平衡导致体校两极分化严重;3)保障团队缺失难以保证人才最优发展.针对以上问题,提出体教融合背景下回归是促进体校学生全面协调发展的切实需求,合作与共享是纾解竞技体育后备人才窘境的必然趋势,良好的保障机制是推动竞技体育后备人才高质量发展的不竭动力.并提出深化体校改革的优化路径:1)加强合作与共享,突破发展壁垒;2)革新教学要素,形成资源保障;3)优化培养路径,促进人才“反哺”;4)推动体育竞技人才库建设,促进人才一体化发展.By the methods of literature review,expert interview,and field investigation,focused on the era background of comprehensively deepening the integration of sports and education,guided by the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents and relevant policies,this study combs the prac-tical difficulties in the development of sports schools in China and seeks the innovative development paths to overcome the practical barriers of sports school reform.It finds that the development of sports schools in China is mainly faced with the following difficulties:1)the utilitarianism of sports school education worsens the survival and development environment;2)the imbalance between geographical regions and sporting events development leads to the severe polarization of sports schools;3)the lack of guarantee teams cannot ensure the optimal development of talents.In view of the above issues,thestudy suggests that under the background of the integration of sports and education,returning is the practical need to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of sports school students,cooperation and sharing are the inevita-ble trend to alleviate the dilemma of reserve talents in competitive sports,a good guarantee mechanism is the inexhaustible driving force to promote the high-quality development of reserve talents in competitive sports.And it proposes the optimi-zation paths for deepening the reform of sports schools:1)enhancing cooperation and sharing,getting breakthrough in development barriers;2)innovating teaching elements and forming resource guarantees;3)optimizing training paths and promoting talent feedback;4)promoting the construction of sports talent pool and the integrated development of talents.
