数字经济背景下我国户外运动产业转型升级研究

摘　　要：当前,数字经济热潮喷涌而来,成为我国体育产业高质量发展的趋势和焦点.户外运动产业作为体育产业的重要组成部分,受到数字经济的巨大冲击,并表现出强大的发展潜力.基于此,本文运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等阐释数字经济赋能户外运动产业转型升级的理论内涵,从宏观、中观、微观层面剖析动力机制,并探索数字经济赋能户外运动产业的表现特征.研究发现,我国户外运动产业转型升级面临“数字鸿沟”与“数据孤岛”、投入成本高与成效周期长、认知经验不足与数字人才短缺等现实困境.据此提出实施路径:发挥产业协同作用,完善数字监管体系;优化产业税收政策,落实转型升级规划;加快技术创新应用,夯实数字人才培养基础,以期为我国户外运动产业实现转型升级提供参考.At present,the boom of digital economy has become the trend and focus of high-quality development of China’ssports industry.As an important part of the sports industry,the outdoor sports industry has been greatly impacted by the digital economy and has shown strong development potential.Based on this,through the methods of literature and logic analysis,this paper explains the theoretical connotation of the transformation and upgrading of outdoor sports industry empowered by the digital economy,analyzes the dynamic mechanism from the macro,meso and micro levels,and explores the performance characteristics of outdoor sports industry empowered by the digital economy.It is found that the transfor-mation and upgrading of China’s outdoor sports industry faces practical dilemmas such as“digital divide”and“data island”,high input cost and long effect cycle,insufficient cognitive experience and shortage of digital talents.Based on the above,the implementation paths are proposed:to give full play to industrial synergy and improve the digital supervision system;to optimize industrial tax policies and implement the transformation and upgrading plans;to accelerate the application of technological innovation and consolidate the foundation of digital talent training,in order to provide refer-ences for the transformation and upgrading of China’s outdoor sports industry.
