摘　　要：运用文献资料法、历史分析法和逻辑推理法等,以习近平总书记对中华体育精神的重要论述为根本遵循,系统分析新时代弘扬中华体育精神的内在逻辑、目标指向与实践方略.研究认为:弘扬中华体育精神彰显了中国体育百年建设的艰辛探索,切合新时代中国特色社会主义体育思想的题中之意,满足了人民精神文化生活新期待的现实需要,是历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑相统一的必然.新时代必须要坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,围绕举旗帜、聚民心、育新人、兴文化、展形象的使命任务,从个人、社会、民族、国家和世界5个维度确立中华体育精神的弘扬目标.通过加强体育精神教育,培育堪当大任的时代新人;创新弘扬传播过程,营造体育社会风尚;融入体育事业全局,统筹推进“大体育”发展格局;加强基础理论研究,赓续中华体育精神谱系等实践方略,充分发挥中华体育精神在教育人民、凝聚共识、引领风尚、服务社会和推动发展等方面的多元价值,助推体育成为中华民族伟大复兴的标志性事业.Through the methods of literature review,historical analysis and logical reasoning,this study takes Xi Jinping’simportant discourse on the Chinese sportsmanship as fundamental guidance,and systematically analyzes the internal logic,goal orientation,and practical strategies for promoting the Chinese sportsmanship in the new era.It suggests that promoting the Chinese sportsmanship embodies the arduous exploration of China’s century-long sports development,suits the core of the socialist sports ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and meets the practical demands of new expecta-tions for the people’s spiritual and cultural life,which is the necessity of the natural unity of historical logic,theoretical logic,and practical logic.In the new era,it is necessary to adhere to the development path of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,centre on the cultural missions of raising the banner,gathering the public mind,cultivating new generation,promoting culture and showing the image,and establish the promotion goals of the Chinese sportsmanship from the five dimensions of individuals,society,nations,country and the world.Through strengthening the education of sportsmanship,cultivating capable new generation;innovating the promoting and propagating process,and creating a sports-oriented social atmosphere;integrating into the overall development of sports,and promoting coordinately the development pattern of“great sports”;strengthening basic theoretical research,and continuing the practical strategies of the Chinese sportsmanship lineage and so on,the diverse values of the Chinese sportsmanship in educating the people,building consensus,leading fashion,serving the society,and promoting the development can be fully utilized to help sports become a landmark under-taking for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
