摘 要:管输CO_(2)是CO_(2)的捕集、利用和封存(CCUS)技术顺利推广的关键环节之一,但常规捕集的CO_(2)通常含有杂质,会对流动保障造成影响。为解决此问题,利用HYSYS软件,以PR状态方程为计算依据,考察了以CH_(4)、N_(2)、O_(2)、H_(2)、He等非极性分子和H_(2)S、CO等极性分子作用下的CO_(2)物性,并分析了影响次序和规律。结果表明,杂质对泡点线的影响较大,对露点线的影响较小,杂质促使CO_(2)流形成气液两相区,He和H_(2)对相图的影响最大;随着压力的增加,混合介质的密度值和黏度值均先快速上升,后缓慢增加,He对密度突变的影响最大;在实际管输过程中,杂质会使温度、压力发生改变,因此应尽量避免杂质中含有H_(2)。该研究结果可为管输CO_(2)的安全平稳运行提供实际参考。Pipeline transportation of CO_(2)is one of the key links for the smooth promotion of CCUS(carbon capture,utilization,and storage)technology,but conventional captured CO_(2)usually contains impurities,which can affect the flow guarantee.In order to overcome this problem,the physical properties of CO_(2)under the action of non-polar molecules such as CH_(4),N_(2),O_(2),H_(2),and He,and polar molecules such as H2S,and CO are investigated by using HYSYS software and PR equation of state as the basis,and the order and rule of the effects are analyzed.The results show that the impurities have a greater effect on the bubble point line,but a smaller effect on the dew point line.The impurities promote the formation of the gas-liquid two-phase region in the CO_(2)flow,and He and H2 have the greatest effect on the phase diagram.With the increase of pressure,both the density and viscosity of the mixed media rise rapidly at first,and then increase slowly,He has the greatest effect on the sudden change of density.In the actual process of pipeline transportation,impurities can cause changes in temperature and pressure,so it is necessary to avoid impurities containing H_(2)as much as possible.The research results can provide a practical reference for the safe and stable operation of CO_(2)pipeline transportation.
